terms of service
last updated september 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of usegimmy.com, operated by Gimmy LLC ("gimmy"). By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them.
the service
Gimmy turns agreed creative deals into formal contracts and handles billing, collection, and settlement between creators and their clients. Access is currently invite-only. Creators are bound by the Gimmy Platform Agreement, presented and accepted at signup and available in the app; clients are bound by the Work Agreement they accept for each engagement.
text messaging program
By providing your phone number on the waitlist (or opting in at signup), you consent to receive text messages from gimmy about your account: your access invite, sign-in codes, and — if you opt in — gig status notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at hello@usegimmy.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
acceptable use
Don't misrepresent your identity or business, submit deals you don't have authority to enter, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" during our beta. Gimmy is not a party to the creative work itself and does not guarantee the conduct of creators or clients. Nothing on this site is legal or tax advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, gimmy's liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions: hello@usegimmy.com. Gimmy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
